In 2005, we hoped to again create a family neighborhood restaurant. We say again because this really started many years ago, as a simple mom-and-pop sandwich shop called Byronz, which we created in the early 80’s for our family, friends and the community.
Many still remember the Byronz promise of “Homemade is Good” and many of their favorite dishes still exist—like Byronz bread, fresh and hot sandwiches (the Big Byronz), savory soups (Corn and Shrimp), special salads (the Retro Chef), decadent deserts (Heavenly Hash) and home-fried to order potato chips. Along with all of that, we’ve taken it up a notch with our dinner menu of “Good. Real Good” food—from Steak Frites, to Chicken Paillard, Sesame-crusted Tuna and beaucoup more. Not to mention our Bistro Bar, which offers our one-of-a-kind Vodka Freeze, a large selection of wines by the glass, and of course, real cold beer on tap.
